Talk about Ghosts - in Winsford

I was delighted to speak to Winsford Ladies Midweek Club on Wednesday evening this week, speaking on the topic of The Ghosts of Crewe and Nantwich. Taking place in the beautiful Over United Reformed Church, the club is part of The National Association of Womens' Clubs.

Covering a variety of different hauntings past and present in the area, the ladies listened with interest, giving occasional friendly heckling. Recounting one haunting where a woman had been 'touched all over by cold, icy hands', much laughter greeted the retort "ooh I've been there".

As the speaker, I can certainly say I enjoyed the evening and left feeling I'd gained 34 new friends.
